Wai Tang has joined the Federation Centres board as a non executive director.

Tang has experience at both a senior executive and board level. Her former senior executive roles include operations director for Just Group and CEO of Just Group sleepwear, business Peter Alexander.

Prior to joining Just Group she was GM of business development for Pacific Brands.

Tang is also non executive director of Kikki K and the Melbourne Festival, and is co-founder of confectionery chain, Happy Lab.

Past board positions include non executive directorships with Specialty Fashion Group and L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival.
