Italian liqueur brand, Disaronno, has joined forces with Versace, in a one off collaboration to support Fashion 4 Development.
Fashion 4 Development is an initiative sponsored by the United Nations, which aims to harness the power of the fashion and beauty industries and implement creative strategies for sustainable economic growth, wellness, and independence of communities worldwide and the preservation of culture through the expression of fashion.
Versace has dressed this year’s limited edition Disaronno, which pays homage to Italian style. The Disaronno Wears Versace design takes its inspiration from the Versace Home Collection. The bottle will be in shades of blue and embellished with a white and gold motif.
Following in last year’s partnership, which included kitsch Italian fashion brand Moschino, Disaronno will again donate part of sale proceeds from the Disaranno Wears Versace collaboration to help the development of the Fashion 4 Development charity globally.
The exclusive limited edition Disaranno Wears Versace bottle will be available from Dan Murphy’s, Duty Free, and independent liquor stores from early November.
Augusto Reina, CEO of Illva Saronno said of the collaboration: “For the second year running we are so proud to be partnering with another of the world’s finest Italian fashion houses. To be able to include Moschino and Versace amongst our list of collaborators is a real honour”.
