Fresh Catch for online shopping group

westavnueThe Catch Group is tapping into the growing $297 million online household furniture industry, launching its first dedicated  homewares site, West Avenue.

The latest site from the online shopping group will offer products throughout the entire homeswares and furniture sector including lighting, ceramics, and kitchenware.

West Avenue aims to offer faster shipping than competitors, dispatching product to customers within 48 hours to two weeks maximum on special orders and with delivery costs starting from  $7.95. Brands for launch include Canningvale, Vera Wang, Curtis Stone, and Sheridan with discounts of up to 60 per cent.

Offers will follow a similar format as other CatchOfTheDay brands, with exclusive daily deals and a minimum of four new sales released each day.

“There is an increasing shift to online happening within the homewares industry – traditional retailers are expanding their online presence plus consumer confidence and spend is growing in online shopping,” Hezi Leibovich, co-founder of The Catch Group, said.

“With homewares and appliances now accounting for 19 per cent of all online sales, the launch of West Avenue is a natural progression for The Catch Group. Our business model and agile structure allows us to respond to consumer demand quickly and the launch of West Avenue is a great example of this.”
