Discover the new Mandurah Forum

TargetMall_409x304px_72dpiLast month in Western Australia the first retail stage of Mandurah Forum’s $350 million redevelopment opened on schedule and fully leased with a new Target store, an upgraded Coles and Kmart, over 60 specialty stores and a fresh food market hall.

Now a true one stop destination that caters for the whole family, the entire existing centre has undergone a complete transformation with designs inspired by Mandurah’s relaxed coastal lifestyle.

The opening of this stage unveiled the brand new section of the centre that sits in one of Australia’s fastest growing catchments, with the total trade area population growth remaining high at 2.6 per cent, more than double the WA average of 1.0 per cent and the national average of 1.4 per cent.

The transformation of Mandurah Forum into one of Western Australia’s leading major regional shopping centres continues with the final stage including a new David Jones anchoring a premium fashion mall, a new food court with indoor – outdoor play area and an alfresco casual dining precinct completing the $350 million redevelopment.

Appealing to the growing population and evolving local community, on completion in mid-2018 the total number of stores will increase 80 to over 220 which will cement Mandurah Forum as the dominate retail destination south of Perth.
