Country Road serves up new concept

10635978_10152434419062335_3454114935336501970_nCountry Road has opened a coffee kiosk inside its South Yarra store in Melbourne, designed as the “ultimate hang out for men wanting a break from the shopping grind”.

Hosted by food group, Tommy Collins, the “surf shack inspired” pop up is located within the menswear department of the store and features custom furniture from Melbourne-based design studio, Labdestu.

The kiosk stocks a selection of product from local suppliers including Mörk ChocolateMiss Ladybird Cakes, Finn Cold Press Juices, and The Staple Store.

Earlier this year in March, the fashion retailer opened another dedicated men’s concept, teaming up with  niche bicycle brand, Tokyo Bike, on a retail concept called Cycle Shop.

The store in store at Country Road’s South Yarra and Chadstone outlets featured bespoke men’s riding outfits.

The coffee kiosk is open from 10am to 3:30pm Thursday to Saturday, and 11am to 4pm on Sundays.
