Bondi Pizza will open a new store this summer at the redeveloped Broadway Sydney shopping centre.
The pizza restaurant has leased a 380sqm space, according to the shopping centre’s owners, Mirvac and Perron Group.
“The Bondi Pizza team are very excited to open our seventh restaurant location at Broadway Sydney,” said Courtney Hogan, marketing manager of Bondi Pizza.
“At Broadway Sydney you will find all of the Bondi Pizza dishes that you know and love along with our quality produce and a top class team, with of a fresh new look to complement the incredible redevelopment of Broadway Sydney,” Hogan added.
The Level 2 of Broadway Sydney’s $55 million redevelopment will be unveiled to the public on August 18 and will reveal a 3400sqm expansion with a line-up of new fashion, food and beauty retailers. New tenants include H&M, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein Underwear, Seed Heritage, Sunglass Hut, Napoleon Perdis and Paul Dane alongside new food retailers; Zeus Street Greek, Din Tai Fung, Pepper Seeds Thai, Sushi Hon, Passiontree Velvet, Mr. Wu, Bun Me, Mumbai Express, Eat Istanbul, Ilmi Korean BBQ, Soul Origin, Hero Sushi, Sumo Green Label, Cha time, My Donut Box, Gelato Heaven, Nando’s, Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Schnitz, Guzman Y Gomez and Dutch Smuggler on Level 3.
“The launch is an exciting stage in the transformation of Broadway Sydney into Sydney’s premier urban shopping and dining destination,” said Christina Nelson, Mirvac’s senior development manager – Retail.
“After 12 months of redevelopment works, we are excited to unveil the new Level 2 to our customers. We have introduced a premium mix of Australian and international brands, offering customers everything they need from food and fashion, to beauty and lifestyle, without the need to venture into the city,” Nelson said.
