Eastland Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s east has announced 80 new retailers will open as part of the centre’s redevelopments.
The new brands will bring Eastland’s total number of specialty retailers to 350.
“This next stage of Eastland is sure to delight our guests as part of its ongoing evolution, which has already seen the arrival of leading Australian and international brands, our stunning Town Square and now more than 350 retailers on completion,” said Eastland GM, Steve Edgerton.
“Eastland is the only retail destination in Melbourne’s east that has every major Australian retailer and supermarket in one place, alongside international favourites H&M, Uniqlo and coveted fashion brands such as Scanlan Theodore.”
Popular fashion and lifestyle brands joining Eastland in May include Levi’s, Uniquely by Lorna Jane, Bonds, Cotton On Megastore, Bardot Junior, Adairs Kids, Build a Bear Workshop, Cupcake Central and Wheel & Barrow.
“The arrival of these popular brands rounds out the Eastland experience. Guests can drop by for everything from groceries and seasonal essentials from H&M, to special occasion items and dining experiences night or day,” said Edgerton.
Online boutique, Tiger Mist, will open their first bricks-and-mortar store as Eastland ‘demonstrates a commitment to championing up-and-coming designers, with its unveiling of an arcade retail boutique space, which allows brands to showcase their craft.
The new stores are in addition to the 100 Australian and international lifestyle brands that opened in October 2015, including David Jones, H&M, Uniqlo, Marimekko, Scanlan Theodore and Sass & Bide.
