Metcash has appointed former David Jones CFO, Brad Soller, as its new CFO.

Soller stepped down from his role at David Jones in October 2014 after two years with the department store.

Prior to his time at David Jones, Soller was group CFO of property firm, Lend Lease, where he held a number of senior financial positions in both Australia and United Kingdom, before being named as group CFO.

Soller’s other financial positions have included CFO of BAA McArthur Glen Limited in the UK and director of finance at UK-list electrical retailer, Thorn plc.
