Lululemon opens largest Victorian store

LululemonChadstoneAthletic apparel retailer, Lululemon has opened its largest Victorian store in the new luxury wing of the redeveloped Chadstone shopping centre in Victoria.

Located in the new luxury wing at Chadstone Centre, the store is set over 307sqm, with the design concept devised by Lululemon’s in-house store design team, including Melbourne-based store development lead Anna Shadforth.

The store features marble benchtop throughout the store, including USB recharging stations for guests.

Fit room mirrors are illuminated around the edges to reduce shadows when trying on products.

Introduced for the first time in the fitness brands Australian stores, the Chadstone store will feature a new fixture concept. Timber ‘slat walls’ have replaced previously used steel fixturing, representing a new approach to visual merchandising  for the company.

The store is also designed to build on the retailer’s focus on instore ‘guest experience,’ including regular instore yoga and community events.
