Fashion retailer H&M has announced the launch of a new store at Sunshine Plaza, Queensland.

The store will be the retailers first on the Sunshine Coast, the tenth in Queensland, and is set to open in the first half of 2019.

“We’re thrilled H&M has chosen Sunshine Plaza as the location for their tenth Queensland store,” Sunshine Plaza Centre manager Michael Manwaring said.

“Securing an international retailer like H&M cements our position as a leading fashion destination on the Sunshine Coast.”

Manwaring said the centre’s customers had expressed interest in having more international brands in Sunshine Plaza, and expects this announcement to create excitement throughout the community.

“We look forward to introducing a range of exciting new retail experiences to the Sunshine Coast and announcing new retailers in due course,” Manwaring said.
