Driving Brisbane expansion

Zarraffas beenleighZarraffa’s will open its first drive through coffee store in Brisbane this week.

Located on Sandgate Rd in Boondall, and will be owned by Ralph Fioretti, his wife Denise, and daughter Candice. The Fioretti’s also own Zarraffa’s Carseldine.

“Since opening the doors at our Carseldine store in 2009, we have been keen to expand to another site and we knew a drive thru would be ideal. Being the first one in Brisbane is also a real thrill,” said Fioretti.

“We like the idea of serving great coffee on the go and the challenge of offering exceptional service, with a great product through a faster paced drive thru system.”

A new team will be employed to run the store, with Candice to act as manager.

“We are definitely keeping it in the family, with Candice managing our Boondall store. Our brand new team are very excited to be a part of this adventure also and we have been lucky enough to show them the ropes at the Carseldine operation in preparation.”

The 127 sqm store site is ideally located for commuters heading into the city and also provides easy access for travellers heading to the Sunshine Coast.

“We will be open from 5am to 10pm every day and we pride ourselves on our customer service,” said Ralph.

“Even though we are a drive thru store we are a family-owned and operated business and we want to create a local coffee shop experience.”

Boondall will be Zarraffa’s 69th store.
