Broadway Shopping Centre Sydney has yesterday unveiled its new second level, after a $55 million redevelopment which took under a year to complete.
The revamp combines the latest brands in food, fashion and beauty, including global retailers, H&M and Sephora
“This is an exciting step forward for Broadway Sydney as we continue with the Centre’s transformation into an unrivalled lifestyle precinct for Sydneysiders,” said Christina Nelson, senior development manager retail, Mirvac.
Set over a 3400sqm, the newly redeveloped Level 2 houses over 30 retailers alongside commissioned public artworks by five Sydney based artists, illustrator and silkscreen printer Kate Banazi, emerging furniture designer Vincent Buret, textiles artist Victoria Garcia, mural master, Mulga and industrial designer Adam Goodrum.
New tenants to Level 2 include H&M, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein Underwear, Seed Heritage, Sunglass Hut, Napoleon Perdis and Paul Dane alongside new food retailers; Zeus Street Greek, Din Tai Fung, Pepper Seeds Thai, Sushi Hon, Passiontree Velvet, Mr. Wu, Bun Me, Mumbai Express, Eat Istanbul, Ilmi Korean BBQ, Soul Origin, Hero Sushi, Sumo Green Label, Cha time, My Donut Box, Gelato Heaven, Nando’s, Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Schnitz, Guzman Y Gomez and Dutch Smuggler on level 3. Bondi Pizza will also open later this summer.
