Retail Fest to deliver on the Gold Coast

What a year 2020 was for e-commerce, Australia Post released figures of over 52 Million Parcels delivered in December alone and over 82% of Australian households ordering online in 2020. How do retailers capitalise and sustain this growth in an ethical fashion? Two words, Retail Fest.

Across 4 days, Retail Fest brings together the very best of online retail to celebrate, network, learn and grow the Australian e-commerce community.  Taking place on the Gold Coast, 28 March through 1 April, Retail Fest boasts keynotes from tennis superstar Dylan Alcott & LoveHoney resident sexologist Chantelle Otten, CEO of Accent Group Daniel Agostenelli, Futurist Steve Sammartino as well as featuring some of the industry’s top minds in the ‘Great Debate’ Marketplace VS PurePlay online selling. 

Kicking off on Sunday 28 March, the Vendors in Partnership Awards (www.vendorawards.com.au) is an opportunity for retailers to take a minute to recognise the solution providers that power their businesses. From the media services and consultancies, through to the platforms and the CRM’s the gala sets the tone for a week where all aspects of our industry are celebrated. Retail Fest is an approved Business Event of the Australian Governments Business Events Grant Program that sees a limited list of events that exhibitors and delegates can apply for government grants. As such, attending Retail Fest in any fashion allows eligible businesses to apply for a grant to cover up to 50% (Up to $250,000) of the costs of attending Retail Fest as either delegates, sponsors or exhibitors.
