CBRE has strengthened its retail investment sales division in Brisbane with the appointment of a senior key operator.

Michael Hedger joins the team, led by Craig O’Donnell and Peter Rossi, to help increase CBRE’s presence in the convenience retail investment sector.

Hedger has more than 10 years experience in the sector and has a strong following of private investors.

“Michael has established a highly successful reputation in the retail sector over the past decade and he will draw on this experience to help strengthen CBRE’s market leading position,” Rossi said.

Based on his experience and proven success in the Brisbane retail market, Hedger will focus specifically on retail centres in the sub $20 million range.
