Australian lifestyle brand Country Road has celebrated its 50th anniversary with a new ad campaign and a suite of new logos.

In honour of the brand’s golden jubilee, the latest campaign features Australian photographer Graham Shearer and other familiar faces including Gemma Ward, Billie-Jean Hamlet, Alex Libby, and Ollie Edwards. It was filmed in Broken Hill in Wilyakali and Barkindji Country.

The eucalypt green, red soil, and soft sand natural tones used in the campaign have come to represent Country Road and are still intricately woven into the brand’s identity.

“As we celebrate 50 years of Country Road, it’s a special occasion for reflection and gratitude,” said Country Road MD, Elle Roseby.

“The past five decades have been a testament to the enduring spirit of our brand, and as we look forward, we are excited to not only continue weaving the essence of Australia into every thread but also to strengthen our bonds within the communities that have been an integral part of our story.”

In addition, typographer Andrew Woodhead’s collection of new logos combine serif and sans-serif typefaces, and pay homage to the brand’s design heritage while looking to the future.

Additionally, Country Road has produced a line of limited-edition goods. These limited-edition releases will be available to customers all year long; the first will be available in March.
