Tile retailer ups marketing game

Kyal and KaraThe Block Fans Vs Faves contestants, Kyal and Kara, have joined Beaumont Tiles as brand ambassadors.

Beaumont Tiles is actively pursuing a position as industry trend setter and is drawing on the couple’s renovating star status to deliver high style ads across TV, online and POS, to launch next month.

Beaumont Tiles national marketing manager, Hermine Lewis, says the brand alignment with the ‘Super Ks’ as ambassadors for ‘The Next Big Thing’ campaign will boost its position as a style destination.

“We’re thrilled to have Kyal and Kara onboard. Their modern style, creativity, and craftsmanship coupled with their professional work ethic is exactly how we want the Beaumont brand to be recognised by consumers,” she said.

“Beaumont Tiles is Australia’s most successful tile retailer and we’ve increased our national footprint over the past two years by 25 per cent. As a major franchising business it’s vital we offer national initiatives that support our local store owners.”

The deal is one of the first major partnerships for the NSW Central Coast renovators since they stepped off the set of The Block Fans Vs Faves, which aired earlier in the year.

Carpenter Kyal says The Block provided the pair with an opportunity to pursue careers in design and renovating.

“We’ve been helping Beaumonts open a number of stores around the country and couldn’t be happier being further exposed to the workings of the industry through such a great brand,” he said.

As part of its style platform, Beaumont Tiles has undertaken a series of integrated sponsorships with Channel 9’s The Block and Channel 7’s House Rules. Lewis says the sponsorships and product integration is paying off.
