British fashion brand, Superdry, will open its first Queensland store at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre next month.
Housed in the newly renovated Pacific Fair complex and set over 230sqm, the Queensland store will be the brand’s 12th store in Australia. It will stock the fashion retailer’s international collections including SuperdrySport and collaborations with British actor Idris Elba.
The British lifestyle brand stated the opening of its Queensland store is part of the company’s retail expansion plans across Australia.
“Our strategy is to deliver sustainable growth, as we continue progressing towards our goal of creating a global lifestyle brand,” said Euan Sutherland, SuperGroup CEO.
“Superdry represents British innovation, quality premium products at affordable prices sold to customers around the world. Superdry is an iconic brand with a strong heritage and we will continue to broaden and strengthen its appeal to customers across countries and age groups.”
Sutherland said the group plans to roll out several stores across Australia in the next 12 months. On a global scale, Superdry is opening an average of six new stores every month.
Superdry is sold in over 46 territories with 516 branded locations in major cities from London to Milan, Mumbai to Sydney and New York to Hong Kong. In Australia Superdry has 11 existing retail stores, with the Pacific Fair store its 12th. The brand is also stocked in 37 David Jones stores and 40 Myer stores nationally.
