“Collins Place is an iconic property, occupying a premium location on Collins St in Melbourne and the AMP Capital Wholesale Fund is pleased to welcome Ermenegildo Zegna as a new tenant to the precinct and to extend our relationship with Giorgio Armani,” McGrath said.

“AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund has been actively revitalising Collins Place to improve experiences for visitors by enhancing the public space areas and delivering an exciting retail offer.

“Concurrently, we are working with office and retail tenants on solutions that better serve their needs through reconfigurations and upgrades for both existing and new customers.”

The Ermenegildo Zegna lease was negotiated on behalf of AMP Capital by Ben Tremellen of Colliers International.
