The Just Group, which is owned by Premier Investments, has appointed Nicole Peck to the role of CFO.

Peck has more than 25 years experience in retail finance, including director and CFO roles at both Target and Kmart over the past five years.

The company has also appointed John Bryce as deputy CFO, reporting to Peck. He is currently the GM of finance, having joined Just Group in 2013 from stationary retailer, Kikki K, where he was CFO from 2007.

“We have, and continue to build on, a high-quality retail management team that is fully aligned to deliver on shareholder expectations,” said Mark McInnes, Premier Retail CEO.

“I am delighted to welcome Nicole to the Just Group senior executive team and I congratulate John on his new role.”

Peck’s appointment is effective immediately, following the resignation of Ashley Gardner. The Just Group thanked Gardner for his contribution.
