The Coffee Club unveils Xmas rollout

The coffee clubAustralian café group, The Coffee Club, will open one new store every week, from now until Christmas.

The 14 new stores, located across NSW, Queensland, Tasmania, and Western Australia, will feature a slick modernised store design; just one of the new elements introduced as part of The Coffee Club’s brand transformation.

The expansion will bring the total number of The Coffee Club stores to 279 nationally with the café group expanding its footprint in each state and territory in Australia.

The Coffee Club director, John Lazarou, said The Coffee Club’s growth in Australia is testament to the popularity of the brand with consumers and business people looking to buy a successful franchise business.

“We spend a lot of time on attention to detail in our new stores to ensure all of our customers enjoy a warm and inviting experience. We’re excited to see the roll out of our fresh, premium cafe and dining experience which will further fuel our growth in Australia,” Lazarou said.

“In 2012 The Coffee Club Group had a very successful year with a turnover of $400 million, which is enabling the group to expand domestically.”

Lazarou says the new store openings are only part of the exciting things happening at The Coffee Club as part of its brand transformation ahead of its 25th anniversary next year.

“It is very exciting to see all the changes that have occurred at The Coffee Club over its 24 year history. This is something truly spectacular for the franchise industry in Australia,” Lazarou said.
Internationally, The Coffee Club has 66 stores with 46 in New Zealand, 12 in Thailand, three in China, 3 in Egypt, two in the Maldives and one in New Caledonia.
