Kmart’s private label Anko is launching on online marketplace Catch today, bringing a number of appliances, home decor, bedding, furniture and organisational products to the site.
Customers can purchase the products on Catch and choose to click and collect through a select number of Target or K Hub stores, the business said.
“As Kmart continues to grow, it’s incredibly important that we provide a great and convenient experience for our customers, wherever they choose to shop with us,” said Kmart retail director John Gualtieri.
“This partnership with Catch will mean Australians have even more ways to access our great products at everyday low prices.”
The announcement comes six months after Wesfarmers made Target products available on the marketplace, and more than a year after it acquired Catch and subsequently integrated it into the wider Kmart Group to help the department store segment of its business grow its online presence.
At the time, Kmart Group managing director Ian Bailey said Catch would benefit from the support of Kmart and Targets scale and capabilities to drive growth in its existing marketplace business, and would drive best practice in the supply chain and fulfilment across the group.
