Female fashion brand Supre will launch its flagship store at Melbourne Central on September 16, as part of its growth strategy.
Supre’s Australian store count will rise to 77 with the launch of the new Melbourne Central location.
“Opening our flagship store at Melbourne Central is a natural next step in the progression of our brand as we continue to provide affordable, on-trend fashion for our customers,” said Jodie Bongetti, GM of Supre.
“As a popular shopping destination for young Melburnians and tourists alike, Melbourne Central couldn’t be a better fit for our flagship store.”
The new store idea, according to the brand, is the first of its type, combining Supre’s modern store experience with the legacy style that is “unique to the Shot Tower”, a heritage-listed landmark.
Supre, a family-owned fashion brand founded in 1984 in the inner Sydney neighbourhood of Marrickville by Hans van der Meulen, was acquired by Cotton On Group in 2013.
The brand is familiar with Australian customers with its buttery-soft Luxe Essentials collection, Riri Scoop Neck Tanks and fashion-forward denim bases.
