The owner of the Metalicus and Review fashion chains has completed its IPO, with the PAS Group to make is Australian Stock Exchange debut on June 18.
The IPO, managed by Morgan Stanley, values the company at $120 million
PAS is owner of the Metalicus and review retail chains, as well as the Yarra Trail, Marco Polo, Designworks and Black Pepper apparel brands.
The company will be chaired by former Freedom Furniture CEO, Rod Walker.
The group currently has 220 stores in Australia and New Zealand, with plans for 340 by the end of 2017.
