Rhodes Central, a new mixed-use town centre, is set to launch in Rhodes in July 2021, bringing an Asia-inspired casual and formal dining lane, as well as takeaway, fresh food and a well being offering to the area.
A new 11,500 square-metre shopping centre will be also be launched, anchored by a three-level Woolworths.
The one-stop-shop Asian cuisine precinct “Bamboo Lane” was inspired by the shopping behaviours of local residents, who had been traveling beyond Rhodes to dine in other areas.
“With our experience delivering projects in Hurstville, Ashfield and Chatswood, Rook Partners was well placed to create this unique mix of vibrant Asian dining operators,” said Rook Partners managing director Adam Sheumack.
Other major tenants will include a BWS, McDonalds, Costi Seafood, X-Active, and more. The centre will also feature a community recreation and early childhood education centre.
The centre will be managed by Structure Retail Management, and is being worked on by Billbergia and Rook Partners.
