Lifestyle label Laura Ashley has partnered with homeware marketer Basford Brands to launch a soft furnishings range in Australia and New Zealand.
The partnership will launch the brand’s exclusive and signature prints on manchester, curtains, cushions, throws and made-to-measure fabric designs across homeware and lifestyle retailers.
Carolyn D’Angelo, senior MD at Gordon Brothers Brands and president of Laura Ashley global, described the new partnership as a “perfect fit” to reintroduce the Laura Ashley brand back in Australia through a new collection.
Tim Smith, senior VP of licensing at IMG, said Australia and New Zealand are “two-valued markets” for the brand and added this is an “important addition” to Laura Ashley’s expanding global portfolio of products and partners.
Established in 1953, Laura Ashley sells a range of lifestyle products including home furnishings, women’s sleepwear, children’s apparel, accessories and hospitality experiences.
