Can Chagee sustain growth while resisting China’s price wars?

Chinese premium tea chain Chagee is growing, but the path is becoming more complex.  The company posted a 10.2 per cent year-on-year net revenue increase to RMB3.33 billion ($465 million) for the quarter ended June 30.  Chagee went public on Nasdaq earlier this year, and the vesting of IPO-related share-based compensation hit the quarter’s bottom line hard.
