Children’s clothing retailer, Pumpkin Patch, has announced its CFO, Steve Mackay, has resigned to focus on private business interests, and will leave the company at the end of September 2015.
Pumpkin Patch’s MD, Luke Bunt, said “on behalf of the board and the entire Pumpkin Patch team we would like to thank Steve for his contribution and wish him well for the future”.
A further announcement regarding the role of CFO will be made in the next few weeks.
Last month, Pumpkin Patch advised it expects next year’s earnings will be “significantly below” this year’s due to increasingly challenging international wholesale markets and adverse forecast currency impacts.
In July, Pumpkin Patch named Luke Bunt as its new MD, replacing Di Humphries, who resigned in June 2015.
At the same time, Rod Duke also resigned from the Pumpkin Patch board due to increased commitments associated with his current role as MD of Briscoe Group, which has launched a takeover bid for Kathmandu.
