Lease Equity has appointed Luke Pavlos to join its executive team as a director responsible for capital markets.

Pavlo’s appointment at Lease Equity further strengthens the Western Australian commercial property agency’s expertise in office sales, leasing, and management.

Pavlos has more than 10 years experience in commercial real estate industry sales and leasing. His expertise spans across all areas of the industry including agency sales and leasing as well as valuations, feasibility studies, commercial property management, and consultancy for both private and corporate clients. Pavlo has transacted in excess of $75 million worth of commercial property sales, on top of a number of significant leasing transactions, in the past five years.

Tsagalis added that Lease Equity was actively in the process of broadening the services it was offering to its clients, confirming that Pavlos’ appointment brought an important skill set to the business which now covered more than 750,000sqm and commercial leasing responsibility.

Pavlos’ appointment follows recent additions to the Lease Equity senior team including Fred Clohessy as director of leasing and David Murray as a senior portfolio manager.
