Kathmandu has made changes to is executive team structure, with chairman, David Kirk, saying the changes will support future expansion across Australasia and internationally.

Executive director Mark Todd, currently Kathmandu CFO, has been appointed to the newly created position of COO.

Todd will continue with his CFO responsibilities,  but will have additional oversight of Kathmandu’s business transformation projects, associated with the rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics AX retail platform.  he will continue to lead the finance, supply chain, store and property leasing, and store development functions.

As a result of Todd’s appointment, Kathmandu GM finance, Reuben Casey will take over as company secretary from Todd on August 1

The reporting line and seniority for Kathmandu’s GM HR, Rebecca Edwards, has also been realigned. Edwards previously reported to the CFO, but will now join the Kathmandu executive team, reporting directly to CEO Peter Halkett.
