BlackPink’s Lisa becomes M.A.C’s new global brand ambassador

Beauty brand M.A.C has appointed Lalisa Manobal, known as BlackPink’s Lisa, as its new global brand ambassador, the first female K-pop artist to hold the title.

As the most-followed K-pop artist on Instagram with 40.7 million followers, Lisa has a strong global influence on pop culture.

“Lisa’s unparalleled talent and bold, fashion-forward style make her the perfect match for M.A.C,” says Drew Elliott, senior VP and global creative director at M.A.C Cosmetics.

“Always confident and never one to shy away from risks, she embodies our commitment to celebrating individuality and self-expression above all else.”

As the new ambassador, Lisa will be the face of the brand’s collections and key campaigns, as well as a muse for its innovation projects.

“I have always been a big fan of M.A.C! I like how the brand turns makeup into a form of self-expression which always gives me great confidence on stage,” Lisa said.

Besides M.A.C, Lisa has recently been appointed as ambassador for Italian luxury house Bulgari and French luxury brand Celine.
