WPP AUNZ company takes out Myer marketing supply award

WPP AUNZ shopper agency, Active Display Group, has been awarded Supplier of the Year in the Best Marketing Supplier, Innovation category at the 2016 Myer Supplier of the Year Awards for the third consecutive year.

Richard Umbers, Myer CEO, said the Myer Supplier of the Year Awards, announced last week, provided an opportunity for the department store retailer to recognise suppliers and business partners.

“Our partners play an integral role in bringing the love of shopping to life for our customers,” said Umbers. “Our business is undergoing a major transformation and the support of our partners enables us to deliver new Myer to our customers.”

The awards criteria are based on a range of factors including financial performance, store support, delivery accuracy and timeliness, service quality and responsiveness to business needs.

“Winning the award for the third consecutive year is testament to the excellent relationships that the Active Myer team have created with the Myer VM Team,” said James Ramsden, ADG’s sales director.

According to Active Display Group, the award caps off another “great year working with Myer”.

Ramsden said the company had completed major roll outs, including the refurbishment of the new Myer Warringah and Werribee department stores; fixtures for the new Myer Hobart store; as well as a new supply arrangement for the ongoing design, production and the installation of the Myer Melbourne store Atrium display.
