myerMyer non executive director, Peter Hay, has resigned from the board due to pressure from other work commitments.

Hay has been a  member of the board since February 2010, as well as a member of the audit, finance, and risk committee.

Chairman, Paul McClintock, has accepted Hay’s resignation, and thanked him for his contribution as a board member.
