Eagle boys and NightOwl fly high

Eagle boys express portsideA long term partnership between Eagle Boys and NightOwl Convenience has proven to be a winning formula for both businesses.

Eagle Boys Express is enjoying strong growth across all markets, largely attributed to its merging with Nightowl Convenience, where it can now be found in seven of its stores in locations from Lismore to Cairns.

Robin Heslehurst, Eagle Boys Express brand manager, said there were 12 more stores planned in multiple locations within various businesses across the country.

“We are set to reach the 70 store mark for Eagle Boys Express this year,” he said

“The beauty of this system is that it can be incorporated into outlets using existing equipment, with team members receiving ongoing training and support from the national Eagle Boys business. All you need to be is a business owner or retail group passionate about delivering excellent customer service and exceptional products – NightOwl is therefore the perfect fit for our brand.”

NightOwl has embraced the Eagle Boys Express model as it has bolstered its customer offering.

“Retail is a competitive industry and it’s fantastic to support a fellow Australian brand and its franchisees to drive profits,” Heslehurst said.

NightOwl Convenience CEO, Craig Urquhart, said Eagle Boys Express allowed the network’s franchisees to offer a greater range of products to its customers.

“Eagle Boys Express improves our hot food offering and this encourages customer loyalty, while helping our franchisees to enhance revenue,” Urquhart said.

“We also benefit from the partnering of two national brands and we look forward to this continuing.”
