An entire shopping centre on the NSW mid-north coast has been shut down after a fire broke out in a clothes shop.
Fire crews were called at around 9.30am (AEST) on Wednesday after the blaze started in the Rivers clothing shop in the Coffs Harbour city centre.
Dozens of shops were evacuated and nine people have been treated by ambulance crews, with at least one suffering smoke inhalation.
Large amounts of smoke poured from the building into the CBD and shops on either side.
The cause of the fire is not yet clear, Fire and Rescue NSW told AAP.
