The Australian dollar has fallen Monday buying 70.54 US cents from Friday’s 70.70 – a 3.3 per cent drop in less than three weeks.
One Australian dollar buys 80.33 Japanese yen, from 80.52 ; 61.26 euro cents, from 61.42 ; 53.77 British pence, from 54.24 ; 109.56 NZ cents, from 109.27.
