ADVERTORIAL: Drive sales with Spree Rewards

unnamedSpree Rewards is pushing to change the fate of instore retail within shopping centres across Australia.

The new business has paired with a Shanghai-based company to develop a product that merges online and offline techniques within bricks and mortar shopping centres.

The company defines itself through a contemporary approach to business culture, which is reinforced by the creative development of their new headquarters.

Spree has developed a cloud-based platform that has been trialled in neighbourhood shopping centres in Australia, with the results surprising even CEO, Farzin Hesari.

“We have seen a growth in sales of over 15 per cent in participating retailers, which for only a three month period, gave us a pleasant surprise,” Hesari said .

The flagship product, a touch-based kiosk aimed at engaging customers with popular gamification techniques, provides advantages for consumers and retailers alike.

The system uses algorithms to collect and analyse real-time data from consumer interaction, to better inform sales and marketing decisions.

With a series of kiosk packages, solutions are available for any sized shopping centre, tailored to meet their unique goals and objectives.

“One of the secrets behind the initiative is to measure and compare a series of touch points between the consumer and the kiosk, allowing us to gather as much intelligence as possible.” says Hesari.

“The mission of the company is to increase the net worth of all participating centres by at least two per cent.”

Though kiosk’s and consumer interaction are the main focus of Spree Rewards at the moment, Hesari is “…excited about the future! We will continue to diversify within the industry to provide a unique shopping experience, while empowering retailers and centre managers to make better decisions.”

Spree’s multi-disciplinary approach is a welcome addition to the retail sector, and their arrival couldn’t have come soon enough.
