Domestic appliances retailer Miele has opened the Miele Experience Centre, extending its experience concept’s national development.

The 400sqm store in Chatswood, Sydney’s North busy shopping hub, features the brand’s appliances and technologies. It follows the debut of the Bondi store earlier this year.

Vistors are greeted by two giant 75-inch screens and a Smart Home Display, which aims to introduce the brand’s latest appliance technology throughout the KMDA, Oven, Dish, and Laundry categories, as well as the induction and steam cooking ranges.

“This retail store is a special one, not just because of the offerings, but because it has been designed with WMK Architects, who designed our incredible Miele HQ in Hawthorn,” said Ben Curmi, leader of direct-to-consumer business at the appliance company.

“This location is going to be a game-changer for the foodies and home chefs, providing a welcoming lifestyle environment for homemakers, renovators, and professionals alike.”

Miele Experience Centre Chatswood is home to a Projects Apartment, a space dedicated to the architect and design community to assist them in realising their vision. The area features the latest Miele appliances, as well as Neolith stone benchtops, a butler’s kitchen, and Stylecraft furniture.

The Chatswood store will also provide free live cooking and appliance demos in a kitchen room for up to 12 guests.
