Franchisee Pinnacle Group has opened its first fully digitised and contactless Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters shop in Kuwait and seeks to open more stores of the same concept in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

The Kuwait-based franchisee inaugurated the contactless shop on Mubarak Al Kabeer Street in Sharq.

Customers may pre-order through the newly launched Toby’s Estate mobile app and pick up their order at the contactless shop or any nearest Toby’s Estate store. They may also use the virtual screen to order at the contactless shop.

“Today, we’re digitising the coffee experience as part of our commitment to making your highest quality, made-to-order coffee convenient, all thanks to our proprietary mobile app and the strategically located contactless shop at the intersection of the financial district,” said Tareq Alshaikh, CEO at Pinnacle Group.

“Thousands of employees working nearby can now enjoy their coffee break on a typical fast-paced day. We look forward to expanding this new concept within Kuwait and the GCC as well.”

Pinnacle Group currently operates 12 Toby’s Estate coffee shops in Kuwait, two in Dubai, two in Saudi Arabia, and one in Qatar.
