Australian apparel group, PAS Group, has announced Steven Milicevic has resigned as general counsel and company secretary to pursue his own legal practice.
Kwong Yap will replace Milicevic as general counsel and company secretary.
PAS Group also announced it will release its full year results for the year ended June 30, 2015 on Friday August 28, 2015.
PAS Group CEO, Eric Morris, and CFO, Matthew Durbin, will conduct a series of one-on-one analyst and investor calls and meetings as part of the company’s results roadshow.
The company, which owns a multitude of brands including Metalicus and Review, recently acquired online bridal retailer, White Runway.
