Michael Hill officially launches new jewellery brand Medley

Jewellery retailer Michael Hill officially launched pureplay digital brand Medley, which aims to serve as an on-trend offering.

The new Australian jewellery brand is now available to consumers online with a price architecture that sits in the $50-$150 bracket, closely followed by $150-$300 options, available across a mix of metals including silver, yellow 18k gold plated, solid 10k gold and rose gold plated.

According to the team behind Medley, the new brand features five ranges that play seamlessly into the trend of versatility and individualism: Alpha Female, The Foundations, Zodiac Hack, Pearls That Pop, and Etched Memories.

“The team behind Medley identified that there was an opportunity in the market among a growing customer audience who have a strong desire for stylish, quality and versatile jewellery,” said Vanessa Brennan, Medley chief brand and strategy officer.

“They want affordable and on-trend pieces that can be worn across a number of occasions and ultimately, Medley is an extension of who they are,” Brennan said.

Medley has also partnered with i=Change where customers can donate $1 from their purchase to one of three charities: Foodbank, Australian Childhood Foundation, and the Women’s Community Shelters.

“At Medley, we aim to build self-confidence and enhance the individuality of every woman,” Brennan said.

“With this belief at our core, i=Change is the perfect partner. Together we have the opportunity to support projects focused on supporting and empowering women and girls of all ages.”
