The Bay Central Woolooware shopping centre at Novm’s billion-dollar Woolooware Bay Town Centre in Sutherland Shire, Sydney will start business operations on November 22.
Upon completion, the shopping centre will house 60 stores including a gym, childcare
centre and a medical precinct. There will also be two full-line Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets, and Dan Murphy’s, which will all be trading on the opening day.
Bay Central Woolooware forms part of the 18,000sqm Woolooware Bay Town Centre and resort-style living project on a 10-hectare site on the Woolooware Bay shores in Sutherland Shire.
“Bay Central Woolooware is more than just a shopping centre; it’s a place where people can
come together, shop, dine, and create lasting memories with family and friends. We invite
everyone to join in the celebrations and experience the excitement first-hand,” said Adrian Liaw, CEO and executive director at Novm.
Novm partnered with Capital Corporation to deliver Woolooware Bay Town Centre, which is the fourth and final stage of the development. Stage four also includes 12 commercial suites and 245 residential apartments spread over four buildings above the centre.
The NRL recently purchased the 71-key Quest hotel, also part of the fourth stage.
Upon completion, Woolooware Bay Town Centre will have 898 apartments and 23 commercial suites across 13 buildings. The development will also include a 10,235sqm of waterfront parklands, a shared pedestrian/cycle path, outdoor fitness zones and a children’s playground.
