Swarovski launches Crystal Studio concept in Australia

Swarovski launched its first Crystal Studio in Australia on Thursday, combining an interactive environment with customer first indicatives such as information tablets and a wireless charging hub.

The Queen Victoria Building Studio will allow customers to curate their own looks at the 50sqm Crystal Bar, where they can discover products, talk to styling consultants and explore further ranges virtually.

“Australia’s first Crystal Studio puts customers at the center – inviting them to experiment and style their sparkle in an immersive environment that integrates physical and digital dimensions,” said Swarovski managing director Brett Spinks.

According to Swarovski the store offers a premium aesthetic, which expresses the essence of the brand. A choice of raw materials and colours helps to create the ‘studio’ atmosphere, with warm colours contrasted with the brand’s signature shade of blue.

The store has also experimented with a different layout to better serve a changed shopping experience, with large windows and interactive tablets used to entice customers to view the brand’s products, and large display screens rotating seasonal branded content.
