Samsung partners with Retail Prodigy Group to grow physical experience

Retail Prodigy Group has taken over as the lead operations partner for Samsung’s Experience Stores in Australia.

According to Samsung, the appointment came with the business’ drive to evolve its customer experience, with RPG having a proven track record of delivering exceptional retail experiences in its work with Nike and Toms.

“At Samsung, our branded retail experience remains integral to building and maintaining this trust with our customers,” said Samsung Australia’s mobile division vice president Garry McGregor.

“We are also seeing a dynamic shift in buying behaviour towards outright ownership of smartphones, and branded channels are becoming an increasingly popular purchase destination. As such, these spaces and experiences need to reflect the innovation, craftsmanship and design we deliver in our products.”

Retail Prodigy Group co-founder Stephen Younane said the business is excited to partner with Samsung, and will work in conjunction with the tech companies head office to deliver a strong customer experience.
