Brisbane Airport seeks F&B operators

Brisbane AirportBrisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from food and beverage operators for its planned redevelopment of the Virgin Australia Domestic Terminal.

Nine available food and beverage sites will provide an opportunity for retailers to showcase product ranges to more than 17 million passengers each year.

Successful operators will deliver a service that is innovative and unique and evokes the character of Brisbane and Queensland.

Interested operators will need to demonstrate they have the necessary experience, capacity, resources, and understanding to partner with BAC in delivering its retail vision.

The retailer will be offered a minimum five year concession that provides the greatest opportunity to maximise sales for Brisbane Airport’s passenger base.

Experienced speciality food and beverage retailers who wish to participate in the RFP process should contact Daniel Fenech from BAC on daniel.fenech@bne.com.au.

The RFP has commenced and will close at 3pm on Friday May 22.
