We conducted a survey of Australian shoppers asking the question: Does a wide range beat a limited selection?

Modern retailing is built on the idea that shoppers want more. Whether it’s varied options, or just more of the same products, on the surface it would appear that more is more. Shoppers seemingly have an insatiable demand for easy access to ever-greater numbers of product purchase options.  

The data in this report is drawn from a survey of a representative sample of 750 Australian online shoppers.  It was conducted by Inside Retail on behalf of Dropshipzone.
