To delve deeper into specific aspects of the online shopping experience, we will be releasing monthly analysis focusing on a particular category. These updates will rank retailers in a category and provide detailed analysis on overall CX strengths and weaknesses, as well as trends.
All scores in the index are generated by the responses to questions and feedback from Humii's network of online mystery shoppers. Humii shoppers continuously collect, measure and compare retailers across the entire Australian market, interacting with every online store in the same way they do when shopping for themselves online.
