In her 20 years working in both the public and private sector the focus of her practice has always been to partner with people in order to improve performance, support wellbeing and effect change. Through the positions she has held her responsibilities have included improving engagement and culture, creating and evaluating leadership development programs, leading teams to deliver change management for complex projects, and supervising psychology students and Registrars.
