I have a genuine love of people, connections and making a difference that has taken me down a rather unconventional career path. I am motivated by a desire to enhance the community around me and look at creating opportunities for people to excel. I have developed an interest in creating and managing great teams and saw a wonderful opportunity to support others that agree that culture matters.
