Dean Anderson is CEO of Leading Teams, one of Australia’s largest and most respected high-performance training and culture organisations. Prior to Leading Teams, Dean held senior leadership positions in banking and finance and was a professional AFL player from 1988 to 1996. Since 2015, Dean has been on the board of St Kilda Football Club and remains the club’s football director.
