With Covid-19 disrupting the way people work and prompting many people to relocate outside of Australia’s major cities in the last 12 months, the future of the retail workforce will undoubtedly look different.  At the Australian Retail Association (ARA) Leaders Forum on Wednesday, a panel made up of leaders from Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi and Lyre’s  discussed how technology, workplace culture and the economy will play a part in the hiring process.  Here are some of the highlights.
